I believe that numerous athletes, particularly women, have encountered similar hurdles: persistent criticism, harassment, and bias from coaches, instructors, and even fellow teammates.
I am filled with a sense of empowerment and confidence. I have gained a deeper understanding of my identity.
This has not been my reality at all times.

Like many others, I have successfully navigated through these difficulties. Regrettably, there are female athletes who are unable to do so.
I am now empowered to
establish a platform aimed at reassuring other young female athletes that they have companions in their endeavors. For this reason, I have a tattoo on my forearm to remind myself that
